✅ Airbnb Cleaning Checklist: Check-Out & Check-In Routine

• Strip used bedsheets and replace with fresh linens
• Remove used towels and replace with clean ones
• Empty all trash bins and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (light switches, remotes, handles)
• Wipe down and sanitize kitchen counters, appliances, and sink
• Clean inside microwave, fridge (if needed), and oven (if used)
• Wash and put away dishes or load/unload dishwasher
• Clean and disinfect bathroom(s): toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors
• Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors
• Dust all surfaces, including furniture and décor
• Check for and report any damages or missing items
• Restock essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)

• Make beds with fresh linens and fluff pillows
• Fold and neatly place clean towels
• Ensure all lights and appliances are working
• Set thermostat to a comfortable temperature
• Refill coffee/tea station and welcome amenities (if applicable)
• Stage the space (arrange furniture, open blinds, light scent if desired)
• Final walkthrough to ensure cleanliness and presentation
• Lock up and secure the property
